As I am entering my third year in the accounting industry, I am forever grateful for all the people who have guided me along the way. Whether those people be mentors, colleagues, or even friends and family, they have all contributed to my understanding of what I want in my career, and taught me how to achieve it. I hope that through JEWELS, I can provide a mentee with the same valuable conversations that so many have given me.​

Advice I'd tell my younger self: Don’t be afraid to spark up a conversation with anyone, be it a boss or a distant colleague. People love to be asked questions, and we can all learn so much from one another!
