Dr. Jalen Manett is a Family Medicine Resident Physician at the University of Toronto and recently graduated from McMaster University's medical program. Before medical school, she studied Health Sciences at Wilfrid Laurier University. In her free time, Jalen loves live music, hot yoga, and exploring new restaurants with friends.

Advice I'd tell my younger self: While there are lots of big milestones on the path to reaching your goals try to enjoy each step of the journey! Don’t forget to celebrate along the way.
