Jayden Rouhi

Jayden is a dental student at the University of Toronto. Before dental school, she studied Health Sciences at Wilfrid Laurier University.

Advice I'd tell my younger self: Do your research early! If you’re interested in a career/school/program, it’s never too early to look into requirements. Better to look beforehand than miss a pre-req.

Women who inspire me: My mom (dentist) and older cousin (in dental school). My mom showed me that it’s possible to be a woman raising a family and have a Dr title. And my cousin, who tried for years and finally got into dental school, taught me about perseverance and never giving up on your dreams and goals!
