Our story began with a kitchen counter conversation.

We—Kayla, Eden, and Rachel—found ourselves discussing our female role models and the profound impacts they had on our lives. We spoke about how these women showed us what we are capable of accomplishing, encouraging us to do whatever we set our minds to. ​What began as gratitude evolved into a commitment to pay forward the guidance and support we received. ​

 

Against the backdrop of a global rise in anti-Semitism, another layer of purpose emerged. There was a part of us that wanted to create a haven for Jewish women, a space where collective strength could foster unity and support. ​JEWELS is more than a mentorship program; it's a vibrant community of women dedicated to uplifting and supporting one another, especially amidst adversity. 

 

Through JEWELS, we strive to create a legacy of mentorship that echoes the wisdom and strength of the extraordinary women who paved the way for us.
